Minimally invasive technologies of osteosynthesis of fractures and fractures-dislocations of the ankle joint
The work is based on the study of the treatment results of 180 patients of both sexes aged 17 to 78 years with closed and open fractures and fractures of the ankle joint, who received surgical treatment using an external fixation device with a dynamic compression device. With a minimum of implantable structures in the tissue, the proposed method ensures the stabilization of the reposed bone fragments without the threat of secondary damage. The combination of immobilization and rehabilitation periods helps to shorten the duration of treatment, reduce the frequency of possible complications and obtain positive anatomical and functional results in 94,4 % of patients.
