The article aims to analyse the main aspects of financial management under martial law, which is characterised by an increased level of business risk. The study also aims to identify key areas for managerial financial decision making aimed at adapting to an unstable economic environment and minimising risks in order to achieve the company's strategic objectives. The article examines the specifics of financial management of companies under martial law, which is characterised by high risk, economic instability and limited financial resources. The main challenges faced by companies in the context of full-scale military aggression are considered, in particular the threat of reduced liquidity, difficulty in accessing financial resources, disruption of logistics chains and reduction in the purchasing power of the population. The article analyses anti-crisis financial strategies aimed at adapting companies to crisis conditions, maintaining financial balance and ensuring stable operation of companies. The key areas of financial management are identified, including the optimisation of cash flows, the search for alternative sources of financing, risk management and increasing the flexibility of financial strategies.
