ANALYSIS OF THE PRACTICE OF FORMATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF INFORMATION SUPPORT IN AGRO-ENTREPRENEURSHIP

The article substantiates that the development of information support in Ukrainian agro-entrepreneurship is a crucial element in enhancing the efficiency and resilience of the agricultural sector amid global technological changes. The analysis shows that the adoption rate of digital solutions such as ERP systems, IoT, supply chain management systems, and cybersecurity measures is growing significantly, yet remains uneven due to financial constraints and a lack of institutional support. It is argued that by 2030, Ukraine is expected to witness a considerable increase in the share of large agricultural enterprises integrating ERP systems, with a projected coverage of around 50%, while medium and small enterprises will be less active in digital transformation due to high implementation costs. It has been proven that the use of IoT solutions will contribute to increased productivity in Ukrainian agro-enterprises: water usage is projected to decrease by 30%, and crop yields to increase by 20% due to enhanced monitoring and automation of production processes. However, the majority of these implementations will be concentrated among large agroholdings with access to necessary investments. It is also argued that supply chain management systems will become increasingly important by 2030 for optimizing logistics processes, ensuring synchronization between suppliers and carriers to reduce product losses and shorten delivery times. Nevertheless, the implementation of such systems will also remain limited among small and medium-sized enterprises. In addition, it is substantiated that cybersecurity is becoming an integral component of information support in agro-enterprises due to increasing cyber threat risks. It has been proven that, although the level of cyber incidents in Ukraine is expected to decrease by 2030 thanks to enhanced security measures, it will still remain higher than in EU countries due to limited access to resources for implementing and maintaining secure systems. In conclusion, information support for agro-entrepreneurship in Ukraine holds great potential for improving production and management processes, but the pace and level of development will be limited without proper support. This proves the need to intensify institutional and financial efforts to integrate digital technologies at various levels of agribusiness, enabling the Ukrainian agricultural sector to meet the modern challenges of sustainable development.
