Dual‐Integrin‐Targeted Supramolecular Peptide Nanoarchitectonics for Enhanced Hepatic Delivery and Antifibrotic Therapy(Small 15/2025)
Peptide Nanoarchitectonics A rationally designed self-assembling peptide, featuring dual integrin-binding motifs for α5β1 and αvβ3, forms nanoparticles capable of encapsulating rhein. The resulted peptide-rhein nanoarchitectonics exhibit improved hepatic delivery and enhanced antifibrotic therapeutic effects based on the combination of multiple targets and therapeutic modules, demonstrating a promising strategy for hepatic fibrosis therapy.
