Microporous Organic Ladder Polymer with Vertically Aligned Quinones for Sodium‐Ion Battery (Small 15/2025)
Sodium-Ion Batteries In article number 2407756, Abhijit Patra and co-workers developed a microporous organic ladder polymer featuring vertically aligned redox-functional groups to prevent interlayer eclipsed stacking. This structural arrangement enhances the exposure of redox-active sites to electrolytes. Given the natural abundance of sodium in seawater and the pursuit of post-lithium metal-ion batteries, this microporous polymer has been employed as an anode material for high-performance rechargeable sodium-ion batteries.
