The intellectual ecosystem of science and education

The authors address the problem of science and education potential of Russia in the current circumstances. They analyze the existing scientometric approaches including the citation analysis method and academic genealogy. They introduce the new two-stage algorithm of academic intellectual genealogy based on big language models. The first algorithm stage comprises context analysis of bibliographic links using the specialized dictionary of critical clauses, while the second stage is focused on scientific information classification through linguistic bases method. The authors demonstrate the algorithm effectiveness as the case study of pedagogical dissertation works of Bashkir State Pedagogical University of 1990–2019. The authors specify important trends in pedagogical studies, including focus transition from professional training toward education informatization.
