Designing chatbot to provide methodological support of the libraries
In 2024, RNPLS&T has initiated designing methodological chatbot to support sci-tech libraries using Telegram chat communication as the popular format of online communication. The authors characterize the types of chat communication and the goals of using chatbots in libraries. They define the tasks to be addressed by the methodological chatbots, the chatbot structure, and describe the instruments used to design the methodological chatbot. The paper is prepared under the Government Order for RNPLS&T for 2025 No. 075-00548-25-00, Project No. 720000F.99.1.BN60AV03000, theme No. 1024031400219-9-5.8.3 (FNEG-2025-0006).
