A detailed transcriptome study uncovers the epigenetic characteristics associated with Aromatase inhibitor-induced masculinization in Takifugu rubripes larvae gonads
This research comprehensively reveals the potential regulatory effects of ncRNAs on cellular motility, fate regulation, and hormonal regulation during gonadal masculinization in T. rubripes. It may provide significant insights into the regulation mechanisms underlying sex reversal in fish.
