The analysis of PT resonance problem of a certain nuclear power plant
Abstract PT resonance can cause equipment damage in nuclear power plants, and improper configuration can seriously affect safe operation. This article analyzes the resonance phenomenon caused by single-phase grounding in the auxiliary power system load of a nuclear power plant, studies the grounding method of auxiliary power, the wiring type of PT windings in the normal and emergency sections of the busbar, analyzes the resonance mechanism and conditions of occurrence, compares the fault phenomena and PT configurations of peer nuclear power plants, designs a scheme that effectively avoids resonance caused by electromagnetic voltage transformers in the busbar section, and performs frequency matching to effectively solve the PT resonance problem in nuclear power plants.
