Research on the influencing factors of dynamic parameter detection technology for shock tube
Abstract As a device for simulating shock waves, shock tubes can generate a type of step pressure signal and are the excitation source in the dynamic parameter detection technology of shock tubes. Based on actual measurement conditions, the influence of different installation methods and temperature coupling conditions on dynamic parameter measurement was quantitatively analyzed. The measurement results show that the influence of convex installation on resonant frequency parameters is increased by 1.47%. When the influence of concave installation on resonant frequency parameters is reduced by 1.89%, the step rise time is reduced by 1.997 μs, about 39.12%. When the temperature is lower, the resonant frequency point is bigger, revealing that the wider the frequency band is, the better the performance is. The step rise time does not change much at 80℃ high temperature, and the measurement value appears to be the maximum error, which is 4.3%.
