Optimization and experiment of permanent magnet synchronous motor vector control system
Abstract Aiming at the vector control system of the traditional permanent magnet synchronous motor, due to the nonlinearity of the motor, the system overmodulation, stability, and responsability are insufficient under the traditional PI controller. By referring to the sliding mode control method, the super spiral sliding mode controller is adopted to optimize the overall performance of the permanent magnet synchronous motor. Using super spiral sliding mode control to supplant well-known PI speed controller, and diminishing the overmodulation problem of the system through the disturbance observer to detect the external disturbance, and finally improve the speed response speed and operation stability of the motor. The actual improvement effect of this method on the response performance and stability of the motor operation is proved by simulation and experimental verification.
