Proposal for the use of a virtual electrostatics laboratory for rural education students in the light of pedagogical alternation and ethnophysics

This work is a research proposal to be developed as part of the doctoral course in teaching offered by the State University of Maranhão. This research proposal arose from the experience acquired over more than ten years of teaching in the state education system in the states of Maranhão and Piauí. During this period of teaching, I came across various factors that impact on teaching activity, such as the lack of structure in schools for teachers to carry out their activities, especially practical activities in physics laboratories. Faced with these factors, I came up with a proposal for an intervention with the aim of contributing to the teaching and learning of secondary school students, specifically in rural education, where pedagogical alternation is developed and activities focused on Ethnophysics are applied. In order to develop the research, a qualitative-quantitative methodological approach will be adopted because, in order to achieve some specific objectives, interviews with students and teachers will be used and, when analyzing the data obtained, statistical resources will be used so that inferences can be made about the data collected.
