The frontier of jurisdictional excellence: new perspectives of economics given digital transformation in Brazil’s ecosystem
The objective was to understand phenomena related to the efficiency function of the Brazilian justice system by estimating 16 Generalized Linear Models [GLM]. The Crisp-DM and Rastro-DM methodologies provided a summarized overview of the learning and optimization trajectory. The Global Justice (60) entities include the State Courts of Justice [TJEstaduals] (27), Regional Labor Courts (27) [TRTs], and Federal Regional Courts [TRFs] (6). The initial analysis of four straightforward linear models linked efficiency to time from 2014 to 2021. The significance of the parameters from the TJEstaduals sample led to their selection for the multivariate modeling stage, which included nine variables covering the entire timeframe from 2009 to 2022.
