Synthesis of quinoline derivatives by palladium-catalyzed isocyanide insertion/undirected C(sp2)–H functionalization/[4 + 1] cyclization reactions involving aryl isocyanide
The study reports a novel strategy for a palladium-catalyzed aryl isocyanide insertion reaction by integrating the C(sp 2 )–H functionalization reaction with the [4 + 1] cyclization reaction, thereby opening up a brand-new route for the efficient synthesis of quinoline derivatives.
