Exploring of the Impact of Green Supply Chain Management Practices on Manufacturing Firms' Performance Through Digital Transformation

Making the optimum use of time, money, and resources to support the growth of Green Supply Chain Management (GSCM) requires careful evaluation and selection of techniques and success criteria. In order to assess possible alternatives for the GSCM, this study offers an integrated framework based on the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Interpretive Structural Modelling (ISM). Environmental, economic, social, technological, organizational, and business criteria are defined along with the categories to select different sustainability enhancers. The model is developed using an automotive manufacturingindustry situated in North India. AHP is utilized to determine which criterion, depending on the determined weights, are the best among the different Critical Success Factors (CSFs) stated under the categories. To pick the best CSF from the produced matrix and model the link between the various CSFs, ISM and Matrice d'impacts croisés multiplication appliquée à un classment (MICMAC) analysis are used. According to the findings, “government support,” “environmental teamwork,” and “support from senior management for environmental activities” are the key CSFs for achieving supply chain sustainability.
