Prediction Model of Flywheel Motor and Eccentric Characteristics Analysis of Vehicle Emergency Braking Conditions

In order to solve the problem that the prediction model of the eccentric flywheel motor is not accurate and reliable due to the real-time change of the working condition of the vehicle and the further influence of unbalanced magnetic pull. A general construction method of eccentricity prediction model for vehicle-mounted flywheel motor is proposed in this article, which adopts an improved winding function method with eccentric harmonics and considers the influence of real-time unbalanced magnetic pull of flywheel motor. The real-time prediction model of flywheel motor is built by taking the vehicle emergency brake condition as an example. Firstly, this study selects the vehicle emergency brake working conditions for simulation to analyze the corresponding real-time offset law. Then, the unbalanced magnetic pull is further considered to correct the eccentricity law. And the corresponding predicted air gap function is obtained to establish the accurate real-time prediction model of eccentric flywheel motor. Finally, the experimental results of vehicle braking show the correctness of the prediction model established by the proposed modeling method.
