Probation of convicts: theoretical and practical aspect

This article reveals the relevance of studying the problem of crime and its essence. It also examines the possibilities of a socio-psychological approach to understanding crime. The article covers concepts such as resocialization and social adaptation of convicts using socio-psychological technologies, including probation. It also analyzes the difficulties associated with defining the concept, structure, and analysis of various types of crime, as well as probation. Overcoming these challenges is crucial for the effectiveness of crime control. Therefore, creating a sociopsychological theory of crime and its overcoming, including through probation, to ensure the safe behavior of convicts, is the most important task.
