Digital technologies, including big data, artificial intelligence, and blockchain, are transforming rural production methods and governance systems through their innovation-driven efficiencies, thereby providing sustained momentum for comprehensive rural revitalization. This development represents a significant breakthrough in addressing the challenges associated with the “three rural issues.” In this context, the present paper thoroughly examines the internal dynamics of rural revitalization facilitated by digital technology, as well as the practical challenges it encounters. Subsequently, it proposes relevant countermeasures and recommendations.
