The article is devoted to the study of SWOT analysis as an effective tool for increasing the competitiveness of enterprises. SWOT analysis is a method of internal research that allows identifying the strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats of a company. This method is widely used due to its simplicity, specificity and versatility, which allows companies to develop effective development strategies. However, in addition to advantages, SWOT analysis also has disadvantages, such as subjectivity of assessments and limitations of analysis. Despite this, for many companies SWOT analysis remains an indispensable tool for increasing competitiveness and developing development strategies in various industries.
