The comparative model of the production management processes in Russian and abroad

The article presents the problem of the lack of a unified approach to the definition of production management and its processes. The article is aimed at solving the identified problem, offering an answer to the question, as well as attracting a wide audience to the problems of organizing and improving production management processes during the R&D. The main content of the article provides a detailed literary review of the sources – the results of the methodological work of Russian and foreign authors are presented. As a result of the analysis and generalization of the studied information, a comprehensive model of production management processes has been formed.
