The effect of commercial fungicide solutions of various concentrations on P. Fusarium fungi

The effectiveness of commercial fungicides of various compositions and concentrations against P. Fusarium fungi is considered. The in vitro sensitivity of phytopathogenic P. Fusarium fungi isolated from grains of soft spring wheat harvested in 2022 was studied. Five commercial fungicides recommended for the control of diseases caused by P. Fusarium fungi were used, based on tebuconazole and prothioconazole, tebuconazole, diphenoconazole and tebuconazole, thiabendazole and tebuconazole, fludioxonyl, carboxine and tiram in concentrations 1/2, 1/4, 1/8, 1/16 and 1/32 of the recommended by the manufacturer. The germination of conidia of P. Fusarium fungi in the control group was 100% on the 5th day of the experiment. At the operating concentration, all drugs, with the exception of Maxim, have a complete inhibitory effect. The most effective active substances against causative agents of fusarium etiology are thiabendazole, tebuconazole, prothioconazole, carboxine and tiram, and fludioxonil has almost zero inhibitory effect. The fludioxonyl-based drug has the best inhibitory effect, and tebuconazole in combination with difenoconazole, in isolated cases, has a weak fungicidal effect starting from 1/4 of the recommended working concentration.
