Multi-Layer Power Generation Unit Triboelectric Nanogenerator

Triboelectric nanogenerators are widely used in micro-nano energy, self-powered sensors, blue energy and high-voltage power supplies, covering the fields of medicine, wearable electronics, flexible electronics, safety, man-machine interface and environmental science. Among them, micro-nano energy capture has the advantage of capturing high-entropy energy, which provides a new way for wind energy capture. In order to efficiently collect low-frequency wind energy, this paper proposes a mechanical frequency-pumped friction-electromagnetic hybrid generator based on the principle of friction nanogenerator and electromagnetic generator. The generator adopts a multi-convex nose cam mechanism to realize mechanical frequency increase and form a mechanical frequency pump. At the same time, the structure converts the rotational motion into a linear motion, so that the triboelectric nanogenerator module achieves a vertical contact-separation mode and reduces the loss of the friction material. The alternating magnetic field is integrated on the active part to form an electromagnetic generator module. The comprehensive design method proposed in this paper provides a new idea and new technical means for capturing wind energy, and has exploitable application value.
