Research on the Simulation Analysis Method for the External Discharge Path of Flammable Liquids in Civil Aircraft
The leakage of flammable liquid in aircraft will cause hidden dangers to flight safety. Reasonable external drainage design is very important for flight safety. According to the requirements of airworthiness regulations, where flammable liquid or vapor may escape due to leakage of liquid system, its position and scope must be determined. This paper takes a large propeller aircraft as an example, combined with CFD numerical simulation, introduces in detail the analysis method of the external liquid discharge path of aircraft, and puts forward optimization measures for the outlet of the external liquid discharge that may flow into the inlet/exhaust port and other risk areas, which can provide important guidance for the external liquid discharge path analysis of transport aircraft and the whole aircraft fire airworthiness verification.
