A Kite Shape Antenna Array for Wide-Band Applications

This study describes the design of an integrated circular slot kite-shaped microstrip antenna array that operates in the 2.4 GHz to 5.6 GHz frequency range, making it suitable for S-band applications including WLAN, WiMAX, and Wi-Fi. The 1x2 array with novel microstrip line feeding technology was meticulously constructed and simulated using the (HFSS) Software. An optimal antenna structure is designed, which relies on the transmission line models and fulfills the impedance matching requirements. The antenna's performance characteristics were analyzed and optimized through extensive simulations using HFSS. The results demonstrated good in terms of gain is 2.6 dB, return loss is -10B, and radiation pattern when carefully compared to the models that were already in use. This validated the effectiveness and superiority of the suggested design in advanced wireless communication applications.
