Distributed Photovoltaic Multi-Cluster Hierarchical Control Strategy Considering Voltage Quality of Distribution Network
Aiming at the problems of node voltage over-limit and parameter variable increase caused by the high proportion of distributed photovoltaic (PV) access to the distribution network (DN), this paper proposes a distributed PV multi-cluster hierarchical control strategy that considers the voltage quality of the DN. Firstly, the composition of distributed PV multi-cluster hierarchical control architecture and the functions of each part are introduced. Secondly, an inter-group collaborative optimization strategy with the control objectives of minimizing the voltage deviation of the PV cluster leading node and the system network loss is proposed, and an intra-group autonomous optimization strategy is proposed. Then, the multi-objective quantum particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to solve the established PV multi-cluster hierarchical control model. Finally, the simulation results in the improved IEEE 33-bus example show that the proposed inter-group coordination and intra-group autonomous control strategy can effectively reduce the system node voltage deviation, improve the power quality, and ensure the safe and economic operation of the DN in multiple scenarios.
