Two-Layer Optimal Scheduling Model of Zero-Carbon Park Based on Economy
Under the “dual carbon” goal, zero-carbon parks are of great significance to enhance the competitiveness of parks and protect the ecological balance. In this paper, we propose a bi-level optimal scheduling model focusing on flexible scheduling of high energy-consuming enterprises to achieve low-carbon transformation of industrial parks. The upper layer of the model considers the cost of carbon trading and green certificate trading, and the objective is to minimize the total operating cost; The lower layer is aimed at the workshop scheduling of high energy consuming enterprises, with the goal of reducing the maximum processing time and reducing costs. Through the coordination between the upper and lower levels, the park takes the cost savings of enterprises as subsidies and continuously optimizes the scheduling scheme. The feasibility and effectiveness of the model are verified by an example, and the results show that the method can reduce the cost of enterprises, improve the efficiency, help the load management of the park, and promote the realization of nearly zero carbon economic operation.
