Dynamic Torque Correction Method for High-Power Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor Based on Temperature Compensation
To solve the problem of difficulty in dealing with motor parameter saturation and permanent magnet temperature changes when using strategies such as maximum torque current ratio to optimize motor operating efficiency in high-power construction machinery permanent magnet synchronous motor drive systems, a temperature compensation based dynamic torque correction method for high-power permanent magnet synchronous motors is proposed. Firstly, based on the calibration lookup table, establish a motor flux compensation model that considers inductive coupling. Then, based on the long short-term memory network, a correlation model between the deviation of torque factors and torque deviation is established, and the torque reference value is corrected to obtain the torque value under real-time operation. According to the new torque command, the current lookup table is updated to update the direct and quadrature axis currents. Finally, it was confirmed through experiments that the proposed method enables permanent magnet synchronous motors to achieve better electromagnetic torque accuracy over a wide temperature range.
