Web-Based Quotation and Invoice Information System Using the SCRUM Method

PT Lapan Technology Indonesia, also known as PT Lapan Tech, is a company engaged in IT security and infrastructure. Business transactions at PT Lapan Tech begin with a client’s request for a price quote, followed by the issuance of a QO (Quotation Order), creation of an SO (Sales Order), job handover report, payment, invoice issuance, and periodic reports that include offers, orders, job handover reports, and payments. Currently, these transactions are recorded using Microsoft Word and Excel, which still require system performance improvement. Therefore, a study was conducted using survey, interview, and literature review methods. The system design utilizes UML (Unified Modeling Language), and application development is carried out using the Scrum method. The research results show that this web-based information system can improve the efficiency and effectiveness of creating and managing transactions at PT Lapan Technology Indonesia. This system also facilitates the process of monitoring and managing data overall, ultimately supporting the improvement of the company’s performance and productivity.
