Design of a Distributed Fiber Optic Online Temperature Measurement System for 10kV Intelligent Overhead Transformers
When designing a distributed fiber optic online temperature measurement system for transformers, significant temperature measurement errors often occur, resulting in low temperature measurement accuracy. Therefore, a distributed fiber optic online temperature measurement system for 10kV intelligent overhead transformers is proposed. In terms of hardware design, temperature collectors and communicators were designed; In terms of software design, the temperature signal of the transformer collected by the temperature collector is first optimized and processed. By calculating the corresponding thermal time constant, its characteristics are analyzed. With the support of distributed fiber optic technology, a distributed fiber optic temperature measurement demodulation model for the transformer is constructed. The transformer temperature is quantified and calibrated to achieve temperature measurement for the transformer. In experimental testing, the designed 10kV intelligent overhead transformer distributed fiber optic online temperature measurement system has low linearity and high temperature measurement accuracy in practical applications.
