Research on Bidding and Tendering Risk Warning Algorithms Based on Knowledge Graph Technology

With the standardization of tendering and bidding supervision and the development of artificial intelligence technology, illegal and disciplinary acts in tendering and bidding have been limitedly controlled. This paper, in combination with the current development of knowledge graph technology and the security early warning requirements faced by tendering and bidding, proposes a tendering and bidding risk early warning model based on knowledge graph, realizes the automatic extraction of tendering and bidding data knowledge and the construction of the graph. And based on the word embedding model (Word2Vec), sentiment analysis model and risk integral model, it realizes the risk assessment of tendering and bidding projects, helps the regulatory authorities to identify and clear risky projects. Verified by experiments, this model can limitedly realize the risk discrimination of tendering projects and effectively improve the working efficiency of the regulatory authorities.
