Research on Double-Layer Scheduling of Multi-Energy Microgrid Systems Based on Rolling Optimization Strategy

The rapid expansion of the energy sector poses significant challenges in the efficient management of multi-energy micro-grid systems (MEMS), which are crucial for balancing energy supply and demand while optimizing operational costs. Thus, the development of an effective double-layer scheduling strategy is key to addressing these engineering challenges. In this paper, we introduce a novel double-layer scheduling framework that leverages rolling optimization to enhance the operational efficiency and economic performance of MEMS. Utilizing this framework, we conducted comprehensive numerical simulations to evaluate the system's response to various operational scenarios. Our results demonstrate that the proposed strategy significantly outperforms existing methods in terms of real-time performance and cost reduction, while effectively mitigating transformer overload issues. It is noted that the integration of renewable energy sources is markedly improved, leading to a more sustainable and resilient energy system.
