The Highest Priority Setting Method of Power System Dispatching Based on Time Series

In the process of power system dispatching, the automatic issuing instruction are divided into multiple priority levels according to the different time requirements of the task. Usually, different priority tasks do not disturb each other and are executed in an orderly manner according to the set parameters. However, there are many disturbance factors in the actual state, which will bias the time threshold in the priority division process, leading to serious problems such as delay in scheduling instructions and wrong instruction priority setting process. In order to reduce the probability of setting method errors, solve the above problems, according to the priority processing principle, the set parameter time variable optimization, optimization based on the time series, through the time sequence of power system scheduling instruction clustering, scheduling instruction automation incremental time series clustering calculation, scheduling instruction highest priority calculation and scheduling automation of the highest priority based on time series, complete the global setting parameter optimization. Through the comparison of simulation data, the results show that the proposed setting method has the effect of optimizing the setting parameter time relationship, improving the instruction priority task processing efficiency, and reducing the grouping error. The overall feasibility and adaptability make it have a good research and promotion value.
