Advanced Chatbot For College Cafeteria

A chatbot provides a user-friendly interface for students and staff to interact with the cafeteria, simplifying the process of accessing information, placing orders, and addressing inquiries. Integrating a chatbot into a college cafeteria can optimize operations, improve user satisfaction, and contribute to a more efficient and enjoyable dining experience for students and staff alike. In our work, we created a chatbot for our college cafeteria using Dialogflow as a framework, where we connect the backend server to Dialogflow webhook, which gives us the website of the PB Siddhartha cafeteria.
