Analyzing the Participation Priorities of Wind Energy Investment Projects using a Novel Quantum Mechanics and Spherical Fuzzy Sets-based Decision-Making Model
The purpose of this study is to make evaluation regarding the participation priorities of wind energy investment projects. For this purpose, a novel decision-making model is created that has two different stages. Firstly, quantum spherical fuzzy sets based DEMATEL is considered to weight the criteria set for the wind energy projects. Secondly, TOPSIS technique is used for ranking the participation priorities for wind energy investment decisions. The main contribution of this study is the integration of quantum theory with spherical fuzzy sets in the proposed model. With the help of this issue, uncertainty in the analysis process can be handled in a more effective manner. The findings indicate that technical feasibility plays the more critical role in this process. Similarly, social acceptance and economic viability are other important issues in this regard. Moreover, according to the ranking results, it is identified that government actions should be mainly taken into consideration. On the other side, private investment priorities also play a critical role in this respect.
