Integral Robust Strategy for Pressure Control of Electro-Hydraulic Proportional Servo Valves
Electro-hydraulic proportional servo valves are widely used in pressure control loops of electro-hydraulic servo systems due to their low manufacturing cost and strong contamination resistance. In such systems, the traditional PID control method often struggles to meet the demands of high-precision pressure control due to issues such as parameter uncertainty, nonlinearity, and external disturbances. To address these challenges, this paper proposes a pressure control strategy for electro-hydraulic proportional servo valves based on the Robust Integral of the Sign Error control algorithm. This approach successfully achieves high-precision pressure control in electro-hydraulic servo systems. Simulation experiments were conducted to compare the performance of the proposed strategy. The results demonstrate that the proposed control method significantly improves system response speed and reduces steady-state pressure oscillations, providing valuable insights for related engineering applications.
