Kāla Siddhānta and chronobiology in Dinacharya

Kāla Siddhānta, the ancient Vedic understanding of time, finds deep integration in Ayurvedic daily health routines known as Dinacharya. This paper explores how the concept of time (Kāla), governed by cosmic rhythms and biological cycles, forms the foundation of Ayurvedic chronobiology.
