Hierarchical mesoporous UiO-66-NH2(Ce) as a cascade-responsive platform for uric acid detection

A template-directed in situ cluster pre-coordination strategy was developed to construct hierarchical mesoporous MOFs integrated with urate oxidase in their mesoporous spaces, affording an effective cascade biosensor platform for uric acid detection.
