Problems of privacy and data protection as human rights in the digital space

This article examines issues that have become relevant as a result of digitalization. First of all, it describes the concept of digital space and human rights within it, which in scientific literature are described as digital human rights. In the context of these rights, the problems of privacy and data protection are considered.
