BIOTECHNOLOGICAL METHODS OF COMBATING INFERTILITY OF FARM ANIMALS

The article presents materials on improving biotechnological methods of combating cow dung and overgrowth in the hot climate of the southern regions of Kazakhstan. It has been established that the hormonal drug SFM has a positive effect on the reproductive function of cows, stimulates estrus and hunting, normalizes the phase of the sexual cycle and increases fertilization. The use of FGM in the fight against infertility of cattle will significantly reduce the percentage of milk yield, increase the fertility of cows. The optimal dose for stimulating full-fledged estrus and hunting in cows that do not come hunting for a long time and repeatedly overdo it is 3-6 m.e. per 1 kg of live weight, while fertilization in the first hunt is 74.9% and higher. Increasing the dose of the drug to 8-11 mg per 1 kg of live weight significantly reduces fertilization. The effectiveness of hormonal treatment with SFM in repeatedly overworking cows is not the same throughout the sexual cycle. The fertilization rate from day 1 to 10 of the sexual cycle is 50.0-62.5%, from day 11 to 15 83.3 -90.0%. The most optimal time for the introduction of SFM in this group of cows is 3-5 days before the expected hunt, i.e. from the 15th day of the sexual cycle.
