MODELS OF USING DIFFERENCE SCHEMES IN AUTOMATED CONTROL SYSTEMS
The use of abstract automata in automated control systems is proposed to improve the accuracy, flexibility and efficiency of production processes. One of the main advantages of using abstract automata is the ability to ensure control accuracy. Such systems make it possible to simulate complex production chains, which in turn makes it possible to adapt in real time to changing conditions. Such adaptability is especially valuable in industries where production requirements and parameters can change rapidly, for example, weather conditions in relation to the agro-industrial complex. (Research purpose) The research purpose is integrating abstract automata based on difference schemes into the process control systems of the agro-industrial complex. It has been shown that the characteristics of real production systems are subject to correction using the proposed methods for analyzing phase portraits of discrete control systems. (Materials and methods) It was determined that the considered tools of discrete mathematics and operational calculus create the basis for improving the accuracy and consistency of production processes, reducing losses and increasing productivity. It has been established that abstract difference automata make it possible to track changes in production systems, implement adaptation to changing conditions and requirements. (Results and discussion) The results of solving differential equations and systems using transformation mechanisms describing the dynamics of the traffic management system of the production system were obtained. It was revealed that the obtained phase portraits characterize oscillatory processes and stabilization in a certain region of the phase plane. (Conclusions) It was stated that the methods of operational calculation served as the basis for processing and managing data from real production systems. The results of the study proved the possibility of using difference methods and abstract automata in automated process control systems of the agro-industrial complex.
