ROBOTIC PLATFORM FOR DISINFECTION OF LIVESTOCK PREMISES
A high contamination of the air with pathogenic microorganisms leads to a decrease in animal productivity by 15-20 percent, a high risk of the spread of microorganisms between production buildings. In this regard, the need to improve disinfection methods is an urgent task. One of these methods is electroaerosol disinfection. (Research purpose) The research purpose is developing a robotic platform for disinfection of livestock premises, which helps to save disinfectants and time of working personnel. (Materials and methods) It have been shown that robotic platforms are used in agriculture for sowing, tillage, weed control, watering, harvesting and disinfection; the feasibility of their creation is justified. We have developed a robotic platform in the form of a modular electric bus with control from the Arduino Uno microcontroller, which supports the C++ programming language, which has high performance, support for different programming styles, a large community and flexible syntax. (Results and discussion) The developed algorithm of the program for the robotic platform of disinfection of livestock premises was presented. A structural diagram of the robotic platform was provided with a description of the parts included in the platform. It was established that this robotic platform makes it possible to disinfect with an electric aerosol, allowing working personnel to stay away from substances harmful to humans. (Conclusions) It was stated that the robotic platform for disinfection of livestock premises makes it possible to optimize processing processes, ensuring the effective use of disinfectants and reducing the need for working personnel, which improves sanitary conditions, reduces costs and increases safety for animals and employees, contributing to the sustainable development of animal husbandry.
