DIGITALIZATION AND ROBOTIZATION OF THE TECHNOLOGY OF ENTERING FALLOW LANDS

One of the most important tasks of the agro-industrial complex of our country is to increase the production of crop production. (Research purpose) The research purpose is substantiating the possibility of using automated processes at the stage of monitoring and implementing soil profile preparation on the basis of the developed technology for entering fallow lands with simultaneous design of working parts of agricultural machines and complexes adapted to operating conditions. (Materials and methods) It was determined that the considered system of functioning of the robotization of the input of fallow lands provides for the implementation an algorithm for the scientifically based selection of working parts of agricultural machinery, depending on the contamination of fallow lands, taking into account the age category. It has been shown that simultaneously with the design of the working parts, it is assumed that their indicators will be calculated in interaction with the processed material: invasive plants, blackened areas, an introduced deposit, and others characterized by appropriate physical, mechanical and technological properties. (Results and discussion) It was revealed that the result of the functioning of the proposed algorithm for the implementation of a robotic system for preparing the soil horizon of the introduced deposit for sowing, taking into account the operating conditions and cultivated crops at the initial stage, is formalization - a mathematical interpretation of the established or previously known dependencies of the parameters and modes of the working parts with further reflection in the form of an autonomous robotic system for preparing the soil for sowing under various conditions the deposit being introduced. It was established that, using the example of the proposed algorithm for the interaction of active or passive working parts, it is envisaged to carry out not only a calculation module, but also an experimental one for the subsequent formalization of individual elements of subsystems within a single database for the correct and logical management of the process of entering fallow lands, as well as creating optimal conditions for the growth of agricultural plants. (Conclusions) It was noted that the manufactured 3D models of robotic systems make it possible to evaluate their functioning in laboratory conditions. It was pointed out that the next stage of research involves the development of a prototype robotic system based on Arduino.
