Organization, Principles, and System of Transport Support for Agricultural Enterprises

This article is dedicated to the system of organizing transport support for agricultural enterprises in Ukraine. The specific role of road transport in agricultural production is noted. The basic methodological principles for assessing the quality of transport services provided to agricultural enterprises are formulated. A structure of the system for organizing transport services for agricultural enterprises is proposed, which consists of supporting subsystems (legal, regulatory, and informational support), a fleet of vehicles and their organization of formation and use (justification of transportation volume, planning of cargo flows, optimization of transport routes, selection of forms of vehicle use, optimization of the vehicle fleet, organization of labor and wages, organization of resource support, organization of maintenance and repair, planning and accounting of transport operating costs). The set of subsystems of the transport service system is considered, such as subsystems of organization (loading and unloading operations, cargo transportation, labor of transport service participants, information flows); structural subsystems (main and auxiliary processes of transport service); functional subsystems (delivery of materials to the enterprise, movement of goods within the enterprise, delivery of finished products); communication subsystems (vertical, horizontal, and network relationships); integration subsystems (formation of the organizational structure of the transport economy, operational planning of transport service, economic relations in the transport service system).
