Complete genome assembly of <i>Yersinia alsatica</i> SCPM-O-B-7604
We report the first published complete genome assembly of <i>Yersinia alsatica</i> SCPM-O-B-7604, the strain belonging to the new species of genus <i>Yersinia</i> described by Le Guern et al. in 2020.
