The author of the article gives examples of the practical implementation of the subsystem of dispatching the management of the road maintenance service, describes the existing architecture of the intelligent transport system of the Orel urban agglomeration, suggests measures for the develop-ment of this system, in particular the integration platform, as well as information interaction schemes of the subsystem under consideration within the integration platform of the intelligent transport system of the Orel urban agglomeration.
