MODERN METHODS OF COLLECTING AND PROCESSING DATA ON ROAD TRAFFIC ACCIDENTS

The article presents statistics of road traffic research and analysis of modern methods of information processing. The purpose of this study is to analyze the initial data on emergency situations in the Russian Federation and the use of various big data processing systems. The analysis of the initial data on accidents is based on a system that combines the total number of accidents from various sources, such as statistical reports (State Traffic Safety Inspectorate on Road Safety Indicators, Rosstat and WHO), photo and video recording cameras, as well as network analysis. The results of the scientific study emphasize the gradual use of modern methods to improve road safety indicators.
