APPLICATION OF THE SCENARIO METHOD IN THE INTEGRATION OF INTELLIGENT TRANSPORT SYSTEMS

A review of modern concepts of the scenario method in various fields has been carried out, including general systems analysis, information systems design, management of socio-technical systems, programming theory, etc. The relevance of situational management in ITS is substantiated and a formalized description of the process of integrating ITS of various levels is given using the concept of “scenario management", generalization and clarification of the concept of «scenario method” for application in the processes of integration of intelligent transport systems. The achievability of the system effect and growth of efficiency indicators for the managed transport system of the region when integrating various ITS using the scenario method is shown.
