On The Impact of Systematic Loads on the Morpho-Functional State of the Bodies of Athletes Training in Individual Combat Sports Summary In terms of improving the system of training athletes and the theory and methodology of sports training, the study of the effect of systematic loads on the morpho-functional state of the body of athletes training in individual combat sports is of great importance. From this perspective, the article analyzes scientific information on the morpho-functional changes in the bodies of athletes engaged in shooting sports under the influence of systematic loads, the four main postural forms accompanying sports activity, the two types of static effort, the characteristics of recovery during dynamic work, and the physiological changes occurring during static effort. The main reasons for the impact of systematic loads on the morpho-functional state of the athletes' body are explained. Because without knowing these reasons, it is impossible to achieve high sports results. The presented article explains the details and conditions of the impact of systematic loads on the morpho-functional state of athletes' bodies in shooting sports. All these aspects are highlighted and subjected to theoretical analysis. Key words: morpho-functional state, physicial action, static effort, stance
