The Concept of Learning Technology in Pedagogy Summary The essence of new learning technologies is based on the philosophy of education. These technologies are regulated by the rules arising from existential, socio-cultural theories. The theories referred to by new learning technologies are expressed through the paradigm of humanistic education, and their main functions are to comprehensively prepare a person for life, “return strength to the person himself”, turn him into a subject, allow him to reveal his creative potential. New learning technologies allow learning to successfully integrate. The use of new learning technologies creates an objective basis for independent, cooperative learning of students and the development of their creative abilities. This helps students use the skills they have learned in a targeted and effective manner.
