Tools that Increase the Impact of Extrinsic Motivation on Students in English Lessons Summary Motivation is difficult and encouraging process. Motivation encourages students to do the work what they are going to do. It is the most vital process that help the students to achieve their learning goals. This process analyze learners needs and their interests. One type of motivation is extrinsic motivation. This article dedicated to encourage students with an extrinsic way, to find the tools and techniques for extrinsic motivation. In this artictle has shown the difference to motivate students with an intrinsic and extrinsic way. The characterisctics of extrinsic motivation, its types, techniques for increasing enthusiasm in students for learning English language, the role of a teacher and students’ parents are investigated in the article. The cooperation among teacher-student-parents are reflected in the artiicle, as well. The rewards for students motivation and their introducing forms are given in this research. The factors that demotivate students in working for rewards are searched in this investigation. The ways of learning English by the help of extrinsic motivating tools are analyzed in detail.
